Orlando's has been picked as a host city for the 2025 Club World Cup, with matches split between Camping World Stadium and Inter&Co Stadium. Infantino indicated that the city’s performance during the CWC could be an audition to host matches in the 2031 Women’s World Cup.
“If the results of this test, the Club World Cup, is positive … then I think the conditions for being a host for the 2031 Women’s World Cup would be met,” Infantino said, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
