Aitana Bonmati has been named the Women's Champions League Player of the Season, with five Arsenal players in the Team of the Tournament.

Per UEFA, Bonmati has been named the Champions League's Player of the Season by the UEFA Technical Observer Group. The Barcelona star was a losing finalist, as the Catalan side were beaten 1-0 by Arsenal, but she scored four goals in 11 games, while also providing five assists. She won two Player of the Match awards in the tournament, one of which came during the semi-final win over Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Lyon's Melchie Dumornay scooped the Young Player of the Season award after racking up six goals and two assists in the competition.

Five Arsenal players have made the Team of the Tournament: Goalkeeper Daphne Van Domselaar, defenders Emily Fox and Leah Williamson, as well as forwards Mariona Caldentey and Alessia Russo. Bonmati makes the team, along with her Barcelona team-mates Maria Leon, Patri Guijarro and Claudia Pina. Chelsea's Sandy Baltimore and Lyon's Melchie Dumornay round out the XI.
