After a disappointing Clausura 2025 and an early Champions Cup exit, Chivas Guadalajara are starting a new chapter with renewed hope under the leadership of Argentine head coach Gabriel Milito.
Striker Alan Pulido, one of the team’s key figures, spoke ahead of their first preseason match against Atlante in the Copa Morelos. “We’re happy about this new stage. We’re adapting to the system the coach is asking for. We want to win titles, and we’re working toward that,” he said.

Pulido, 34, admitted that last season wasn’t Chivas' best, but he’s confident the team can bounce back.
“We always want to win," he explained. "Now we need to take it step by step and have a good tournament. The goal is clear: to become champions."
Since returning to the club for his second stint, the striker has played in 13 matches and has scored only two goals.

"The dream is always there, but first, I need to perform well at Chivas. If I do that, the rest will come naturally,” he insisted.
